We are a team of pastors who have carried the work of ministry and want to pass the baton to the next generation. We sit with pastors because we have sat in the work.
Our team
The work does not end with us.
Kingdom Strategy brings together pastors with a shared conviction: what we have learned in ministry should strengthen the leaders coming after us. We want to pass on more than advice — practical wisdom, healthy habits, and systems that help the next generation carry the work.
That is why Kingdom Strategy exists. We help churches reach people, raise leaders, and sustain ministry beyond the first event. Together with the pastor, we work on attendance, engagement, leadership, and pastoral health — then build a system their own people can run.
Our aim is not to become the pastor. It is to leave the pastor stronger, the team better equipped, and the next generation ready to lead. Kingdom Built, coaching, and evaluation are ways to put that conviction into practice.
The posture

We do not replace the pastor. We do not take Sunday. We do not publish your church as part of a network. An older leader and a younger leader can both find a lane here — coaching, a clear evaluation, or a system install — and still keep authority in their own congregation.
